    INNISFREE NO SEBUM POWDER QUESTION AND ANSWER

    Innisfree No Sebum Powder Batch Year: 2017, Expire Year: 2020

    -- Question: Is the product authentic?

    1) The company prints its name on the back, the real in Korean "이니스프리" (Innisfree).

    2) The mfg date was printed on the fake. As far as I know, Innisfree tends to only print the expiry date, if not both dates, on their products. The authentic one prints the expiry date.

    3)The powder and puff were clearly different in texture.

    4)The powder should smell fresh minty instead of chemical smell.

    5) The red expire date is the older batch. Hence to cleared stock , it is sold at lower price during sale period. The recent batch is black colour. (As found in retail store)

    Update *** As from Now (from 10/04/2018), seller is selling new batch with black expire dates - Latest New Version.

    Why must I paid SGD 0.99 for Normal Mail shipping

    The shipping fee covers the international shipping from our office in Korea (Seoul) to our forwarder in Singapore, the local shipping from our forwarder in Singapore to the customer, and our forwarder's handling fees.

    The actual cost is actually higher than the shipping fee we charge, but we cover the additional cost from the item margin. The shipping fee is usually a flat fee, although for a few heavy items the shipping fee increases with quantity purchased.

    For many of our listings shipping fee is waived if there is a sufficiently large purchase. Details on shipping fee are always made known on the item listing page, and the buyer will also be informed of the total shipping fee before making payment, so that the buyer can decide whether to proceed with the transaction.

    If you select normal mail mode of delivery, and your items are damaged or lost in transit, there will be no reimbursement by the post office, the seller, or the website. Long delays or loss are rare (<1% in our experience), but because we send out packages each month, we see a handful of loss/long delay cases every month.

    The post office handles a much higher volume than courier companies, so the risk of damage in transit is higher, in spite of reasonable efforts in packaging to avoid damage

    The post office does not guarantee safe delivery of normal mail packages, and neither does the seller. Select Registered postage to ensure safe receipt of your purchases.

    Hi,

    I placed 2 orders with you for this item. The first time I purchased from you is on 19 June 2018 and after using the item, I suspected from the tingling sensation that it's fake? Of the few years of using the Innisfree no-sebum powder, I've never experienced anything like this before. I promptly cancelled my second order which I placed on 27 June 2018 – can't believe I still thought I snagged a deal.

    Also, may I know what you mean by my product is from korea ? Is it Innisfree in Korea or some random supplier in Korea?

    Since you've been avoiding my questions regarding the source of your product and accusing me of not buying this item at all, please refer to the attached images for evidence.

    To simplify it for you, I made 2 purchases because of how good I thought this deal was. As expected, not all cheap things are deals. Here's the timeline:
    1. Made my first order on 19 June.
    2. Made my second order on 27 June.
    3. Received my first order on 28 June.
    4. Tried the product and found out the SMELL (exactly like Snake Brand Cooling powder?) and TINGLING MENTHOL SENSATION are completely different from the authentic product that I've been using for the past few years.
    5. Immediately cancelled my second order; why waste my money?

    Please come clean with whether this product is authentic and reliable. STOP SCAMMING CUSTOMERS INTO BUYING CONTAMINATED DIY POWDERS
