If you select normal mail mode of delivery, and your items are damaged or lost in transit, there will be no reimbursement by the post office, the seller, or the website. Long delays or loss are rare (<1% in our experience), but because we send out packages each month, we see a handful of loss/long delay cases every month.
The post office handles a much higher volume than courier companies, so the risk of damage in transit is higher, in spite of reasonable efforts in packaging to avoid damage
The post office does not guarantee safe delivery of normal mail packages, and neither does the seller. Select Registered postage to ensure safe receipt of your purchases.
