    The problem you have sold the fan with very bad quality and I believe quite amount of them have faulty. The price is quite low, which is not enough to cover the two-way transportation cost. Most of people will give up. You utilize this? I would throw it away if it cannot be exchanged or you cannot do ondoor repairing. It just make people annoying. I would suggest you should close the online shop to prevent the selling of bad quality fan. Never see a fan with such a short term usage.

    what do you mean you are concern about the quality of your products? I cannot tell it from the action, but your words. You sell and deliver the low quality product. Now it has problem, and you want me to spend the time and the cost more than your fan to your place? i just ask if you have the same issue, do you want to do this? I guess no, right? If your product really has so many quality issues, i would suggest to stop selling and hurt more people. Thanks.

    Thank you for your feedback. Our exchange policy is 14 days upon purchase. If there are any issues within this 14 days, we will do a one to one exchange with you at your premises. Afterwhich if there are any product problems, the product is covered under a one year warranty. And the product must be sent in to us for servicing. In your case, we are providing a goodwill to exchange a new set for you. We are unable to deliver the set to you, but require you to bring down your faulty set for the exchange. Lastly i wish to assure you that our products do not have quality issues as you mentioned. We have since sold more than 3000 units. If there is any real product issues, we would have stopped selling this product. As part of our QC, we test all our products before sending them out to ensure it's proper functioning. The problem you are encountering now could be due to damage to the motor during delivery to you. We ask that you reconsider sending in for replacement. Thank you

    Anyway, by considering the cost of transportation and price of fan, it would be better to just throw it away. This is the fan with the shortest period i have used. Unbelievable. Just for a lesson. Hope other guys viewing this need to consider more when making decision.

    It's not that small to be carried in lrt/met. To and fro taxi fare would be double the price of fan. So who will bear the cost for bringing it there and bringing it back.

    Dear Customer, as per our company warranty policy, the cost of transport to send the product in for repair and collection will be borne by the customer. You can bring just the motor assembly without the stand and the fan grille.Thank you
