    Now is July,it's been more than one month.

    We can't do any return or exchage as it had been more than a week.

    In our terms and condition did mention that we will only do 1 to 1 exchange between 1week if the item is faulty.

    But we can't fix the delivery timing as the delivery will be done by Qxpress.

    We can only put a note to the driver regarding the delivery timing.
