    ORDER NO. 290808578

    I was advised by you that it will take 3-4 working days for it to arrive and I have checked for notes from the postman, there is none.
    It has been 9 working days.

    As I have paid for smartpac, please provide the tracking number of my shipment please so that I can track the order on my own with Singpost.
    This service is unacceptable.
    This is the fourth (first two times using private inquiry) time I am inquiring about my item, and the second time I am asking for the tracking number.

    It is your responsibility to update customers on the tracking numbers when you ship things out and to update the order status on Qoo10 accurately.
    The status on Qoo10 for this order hasn't changed to 'shipping in progress' when you have insisted that the item has been shipped on 27 Feb.
    It is still reflecting 'shipping scheduled'. Please check on your part if the parcel has even been shipped out at all or if the correct shipping method (I paid for) was used.

    I believe the post is via singpost yes? I will try to contact them.. I do hope it will arrive soon because the status was set to delivered and I have not received anything as of yet.
