All items are strictly non-refundable.
Sale items and accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are to mail the item(s) via a mode of delivery that allows tracking.
We only accept returns for defective items and wrong items received.
In the event that you received defective / incorrect item(s) , please email us at TheJLabel.sgp@gmail.com with the following information: 1. Order ID and item(s) purchased. 2. Clear picture and description of the defect / incorrect item(s).
Our team will get back to you with greater details on returns via email. Item(s) to be returned must not be worn and must be returned in their original packaging, with tags intact, unwashed and unaltered.
Please also note that items are to be returned within 10 working days from the date parcel was delivered. Requests after 10 days will not be applicable for exchanges regardless of reason.
