We cant control over it ( as there are customer email us telling the customer service of q0010 that Singpost belong to us and q0010 want us to provide the evidence of it to prove we hold Singpost ( which is no true ) and hence hope all pucchase to be make and opt for Registered mailing to avoid unhappiness over non-receipt of parcels on time and giving us " not recomanded" Or " Netural " late delivery where it is not our fault at all. Normal mailing -- Delivery by singpost and will be the same as how you receive your normal bills. Mailing could took up to a month to reach as per our past experience and do not cream at us that your parcel did not reach on time . As you have agreed and understand and hence you have chosen normal . Regstered mailing will be delivery upon and traceable. For customer , select register mailing will be on time

You will be able to see your tracking number after Qxpress have updated the tracking. We do not handle the deliveries. They are the ones who update the tracking number and status.
