    >Provide picture of the defective area of the received item

    What are the risks for choosing SingPost Normal Mail?

    Dear Shoppers,

    Normal postage is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore. However, shipping is not track-able via Singpost Normal Mail, if the parcel is lost,
    Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. It also takes at least 3 - 10days to deliver.
    On the other hand, Qxpress is safer and track-able.
