    The beeping alarm may be due to the following reasons, please try them and see if they work. If they don't, we'll find another way to help you out.
    - Pad is not connected properly to the massager body (check the magnetic buckles on both products, and attach them until you hear the click sound)
    - Massager body is not properly attached to your skin.
    - Big pad may be defective. Try the smaller pad also and let us know if the problem continues.

    Hi seller, yes you are right! The big pad is defective as the smaller pad works! The big pad is not able to response even i tried to remove and reconnect and after trying on the small pad, it still don’t work. Please advise how can we go about with the replacement?

    Yes we do have an English manual which is also included in the package!
    Meanwhile, I believe that the remote controller and the massager body is not properly paired with one another.
    Please refer to page 20 in the instrucal manual (see attached image). There should be an English instruction section that follows Korean ones.

    Dear customer, apologies for the delayed response. South Korea had a national independence holiday yesterday :)
    The red flickering light during charging means that the USB cable and massager body is not properly connected.
    Please kindly try the following measures, and let us know again should the problem continue.
    - Check the connection status of adapter charger, USB cable and massager body
    - Replace USB cable with other 5-pin Android cables
    - When properly charging, red light should not be flickering
    If none of these measure above work, please send us a video of the massager body. We will see if the product is defective and file for a replacement.

    Thank for the response. I've checked the connection and tried other android cables, but still encounter flickering light. The massager wasn't working after charging for 6 hours. I've attached the video here. Thanks again for your help!
