Q: If I order this product, when will it arrive?
A: It depends on product availability.

-From Korea to Singapore takes about 7~10days.
-Schedule estimate shipping date & time is not available.
-If the product is in stock and the requested quantity is available, we will ship products within 1 to 3 working days.
-If the product is out of stock, we will ship products in 3 to 5 working days or more after the ordered day. Order may automatically canceled if there's no more stock available with notice.


Q: Can I get my tracking number?
A: Yes, your tracking number will be provided in the trackable shipping number after the product leaves our warehouse in Korea.

-Tracking will be available as soon as the tracking number updated into following form [KRSG123456].

Q: I have ordered a wrong product, can I change my order?

A: Once you close the order, you cannot change it anymore. If you want to add products, you need to place a new order. If you need to cancel some item, please tell us your situation through Contact Us. We ask for your understanding in advance that some order cannot be canceled.

-After the shipping, order cancellation is not available.
-According to our return/ exchange policy, no return/ exchange is allowed except defects on items or wrong item delivered.


Q: What to do when product arrived in defective condition, or a different product arrived?

A: If you have a problem with your product, Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Q: Do I have to pay for GST?
A: It depends on.

- Customers are reponsible for duties on products priced over S$400. If you purchase an item over S$400, you will get a message or email from Qxpress to transfer the GST to them. After transfer the money, the item will be delivered to Singapore.

- Please note that order cancellation or return is not allowed to avoid paying GST.

Hi seller,

I have received wrong items. I only ordered A33 (mint top, L size), but instead I have received 3 items (see picture): a top with different design, and 2 bottoms (I did not place any order for the skirt).
