Seller informed rider did not picked up the parcel properly. Rider called the buyer at seller place and when no answer, driver immediately scan parcel &b returned to seller on the spot. Guided seller to feedback to Qxpress for this case. Also guide seller to use Other data Mgt if would like to reship orders.

As there have been multiple issues with QX Quick deliveries (e.g. delays by QX Quick resulting in many failed deliveries), we have removed the QX Quick option from all item listings.

It costs sellers money to get QX Quick to return items with failed deliveries, otherwise QX Quick will just dispose the items if buyers are not home to receive parcels.

To opt for QX Quick shipping, kindly contact us after purchase of items.
The cost of QX Quick is $6.60 and a top up would be required (difference between shipping fee paid and cost of QX Quick).

Also, for all buyers who fail to receive the items sent via QX Quick, we will dispose of items at buyers' cost.
Meaning there will be no refunds.

all our ankle socks have anti slip silicone at the back. (Christmas socks excluded.)

The thicker ones would be SK7005 and SK7001.
If you want the ones with lace designs, SK7050 is thicker.
