    We sent out your order on 2018-12-20, PM 2:31.
    Your tracking number is SGP140984192.
    Since it was a christmas last week, maybe the delivery could be delayed little.

    Is it sent by qexpress? There’s no tracking information when I enter the tracking number. It says “not found”. Are you able to check in your end on its tracking? It’s been more than 2 weeks. It was meant as a Christmas gift.
    Since we get a lot of inquiries about the products that were sent on 20th, we called the Q Express and they told us that they have the problem about the delivery that was processed on 20th.
    They are looking for the items right now, but they won't be working on 12/31, 1/1, 1/2. I think we would have to wait until 1/3.
    If you don't get your information then, we will call them on 1/3, so would you please contact us again?
