    >Any return of exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item

    Any shortage of item or wrong item received
    >Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package
    >Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information
    >Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end

    Defective item issue
    >Provide picture of the defective area of the received item
    >Provide video of the non-functioning of the product. (For electronic products)
    >Original packaging have to be kept for warranty
    >Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

    Any change of mind from buyer's end or would like to change to other available products or does not want the item anymore

    What are the risks with for choosing SingPost Normal Mail?

    Dear Shoppers, Normal postage is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore. However shipping is not track-able via Singpost Normal Mail, if the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. It also take at least 3 - 10days to deliver. On the other hand, Qxpress is safer and track-able.

    Dear Customer,

    We have mailed out your items on [22.5.19]. As you opted for normal mail, I couldn't check the status of your parcel for you. Have you checked your mailbox or riser? Somtimes if the parcel is too big and unable to fit into your mailbox, the delivery guy will send it back to the nearnest singpost office.Will suggest you to file a dispute to your nearby singpost if you do not receive your items in the next couple of days.

    Do refer to mailing proof.
