    Dear Seller. This is so total untrue. Within the same message you can see the earlier conversation I send to you. I even attached a photo of my order to you. So, you could easily know from there my Order detail. But after a few chaser to you, you start asking me my order number. I find it strange, as if no one is actually reading my message.

    And I didn’t start a new conversation for nothing. I have been sending you chaser and chaser but you always reply me “noted and thank you” and then I wait and wait again.

    Anyway, please expedite the replacement.

    I hope you understand the buyer’s feeling, receiving an item that is not seal up and obviously it has been used before. I know it was send out not from your end, but from China office. So, I’m not totally upset with the defective item but rather the way the replacement was manage and how your after sales service is. Let’s get this thing solve.

    Let’s stop here, I’m not interested in the $3.99 and $1 that was not refunded to me, you can keep it or do anything with it. It’s none of my concern.
