    According to the Singpost tracking information, your order was delivery fail on 23-Oct and is ready for collection at BUKIT BATOK CENTRAL POST OFFICE since 24 Oct til 7-Nov. And it is returning to us as unclaimed.

    Please kindly note that we have listed all information ( will ship by registered mail, estimated delivery date is 5-8 business and tracking number will be provided) in the item information clearly, customer placed order mean they have read and agree with the T&C.

    T&C listed if the item was returned as unclaimed, 15% reship fee will required or 20% return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted before issuing refund.

    So we have issued 80% refund to you already on 24-Dec already.

    Please kindly note that all orders were handle by system, we got over thousands of orders everyday and will not be able to check the order status for all orders by ourselves.

    And we will not know the order was delivery fail until it was returned to us, which the return process will usually take 2-3 months.

    Qoo10 system required to upload the tracking information once we have dispatched the parcel. And we have listed very clearly in the product information that we provide free shipping service with tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

    Tracking number is used for customer check the order status and ready to get the parcel.

    Singpost tracking status shown they have kept the parcel from 24 Oct til 7-Nov, which customer got enough time to check the order status and get back th parcel .

    Therefore due to the T&C , a 80% refund was issued.

    The courier has attempted to deliver the parcel to you. However, there is no one there to receive the order. And theere is enough time for customers' self pick up.

    Please understand that we have already paid for delivery fee. There is no reason for us to pay for it while customer did not track the status of order and did not collect the parcel.
