Delivery is quite seedy. 5 days from order to delivery. All sockets working when tested. Build seems quite sturdy. Power button also works like it should. Will update if any problems. But so far, quite satisfied with the delivery time (read some reviews where item took over a month to ship, so am quite pleased I received mine in under a a week) and the actual product itself. Hi Tustech Seller,Your delivery of my purchase order via Dex-i / Roadbull failed to reach me as i was in oversea on 27 December when it was delivered. However after receiving the SMS notice of the failed delivery, your both Dex i / Roadbull logistics companies are uncontactable or reachable. Nobody answering or pick up my phone call in order to reschedule the delivery date. I have attempted over 10 times to reach them. None of my call was answered.Beside that i also reply Roadbull SMS notice and called the cellphone, and nobody reply me or taking my call.Since they are none contactable, i will wait for them to call me before i go for refund decision.Terrible delivery companies !!Thank you.Nick

Hi Trustech seller,Not impressed 1 - My order finally arrived and delivered by Roadbull by chucking behind my front gate without any phone call or sms notice. Really not impressed.Not impressed 2 - Upon opened up, notice the original packaging is squashed. How can you deliver a plastic product without any protective bubble wrapper. It wont cost you a single cents, and is the best protective material. Terrible, this is not the way to save money though. Certainly not an impressive way also.Nick9095 7625
I have written countless time to you but did not get a reply. My order 238168197 was ordered in on Nov 27 and was supposed to receive the item before I leave overseas on 13 Dec. I had written a note stating I will be away from Singapore between 13 to 24 Dec. On 22nd Dec at 7pm when I was still in Taiwan, your courier I-Dex called to inform me he was outside my house. I told him I was overseas and asked him to redeliver the item on 25/26 Dec when I return. To date, the items are still on the warehouse storage and I have not received a reply message or call from the I Dex delivery company. This is lousy service of almost 1 month of waiting and no follow up. Can you reply on what’s the status of my parcels now that they are at the storage warehouse in Singapore
