    Voltage type and Plug type

    most of our items are for 220V-240V ( remains for 100V-240V ) so all of them can be used in Singapore without problem. the plug cord type is 2 round pins so buyers need a plug connector which fits with SG type.

    Like other customers I have contacted both Qoo10 customer service and Qexpress. I provided the invoice showing paid amount below $400. See Qoo10 CS and Qexpress replies below. Please settle with Qexpress or refund me $52. Thanks.

    Please be informed that the GST is issued by SG government customs. The courier company may ask for the payment as they already pay on your behalf to clear the item to avoid any delay on clearance/delivery.

    As we mentioned it is issued by SG customs, it is beyond Qoo10, seller or courier company control. We advise you to contact the delivery company or customs/border clearance directly for further assistance.

    I just spoke to Qoo10 customer service who told me to talk to Qexpress who asked me to contact the seller or Qoo10 customer service. I told them that the seller asked me to contact Qoo10 customer service but they insist it is not their issue. So who in the world is responsible for this mess?! Can you sort it out with Qoo10 please.     I just spoke to Qoo10 CS again. At first the CS rep said that GST is applied on full value of item before discount because that is the amount the seller claims from Qoo10 but when I referred her to our exchange of messages here, she indicated that the issue has been raised to Qoo10 management to liaise with the seller and they will contact me with an update. Hope this will be resolved soon.

    My parcel (Order no 198301804) is still stuck at the courier company, Qxpress due to this Gst issue.
    Please understand that this is not a buyer issue but a seller issue. I paid the full amount of $399 as I understand there will be no Gst as per your earlier advertisment. However, the invoice was overdeclared as $600, and the parcel now cannot be delivered. This is causing a great deal of inconvenience as this is supposed to be a gift.
    Would appreciate if a refund of the Gst ($600*7=$42) and Handling fee ($10), Total $52 can be provided so that this issue can be closed.
