    ELG HOME ASSEMBLY SERVICES

    ELG HOME products are designed to be assembled by you. That way, you save the most money. However, if you prefer, our professional crew will provide assembly service and all the assembly process will be completed in our warehouse before deliver to your doorstep. This is to avoid your unnecessary waiting time during the assembly process at your home.

    If you decided after bringing your products home that you need help with assembly after all, there will be a call-out charge of $20 per trip. We will help you complete the installation step in our warehouse and performing 1 to 1 exchange for your product. Please make sure to repack the item in original condition to assist the process. Thank you.

    How much does it cost?
    There is an assembly group price for each furniture unit so it is easy to calculate the total price of assembly. All furniture fall into one of the price groups: $5,$10, $15, $20 and $25

    Total fee is $20 per trip + Price Groups

  • Notice

    NON-RECEIPT POLICY

    If you do not receive your item within 14 days after order was placed. You may initiate the non-receipt claim process by email to our After Sales Team at elghome@outlook.com. Our Staff will assist you the whole process. However, there will be a 90 days expired period for non-receipt claim, we are not responsible to any claim which was filed after 90 days of purchase date. To avoid this, please file the claim ASAP if you realized that your item was loss. Thank you!

    Qxpress is our default delivery option in most items. We strongly recommend buyer to choose Qxpress as it is faster,come with insurance and tracking number.

    Singpost Normal mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore and this delivery option is not traceable and have risk of losing.If you still did not receive the item after order status have been changed to "Delivered", please email to our After Sales Team at elghome@outlook.com before filing for 'Non-receipt Claim' . Our After Sales Team will check over the matter from our end and quickly assist you in any after sales inquiry. Thank you.

    E-TICKET/Voucher will expired within 14 days, please print your e-voucher for redemption of your item during collection. Redemption process will be affected without E-ticket/Voucher/E-receipt

Self Assembly is an effective way to create low price starts on the factory floor. It could be a stressful task but it is a great way to help you save money.

    If you received defect item, please contact us before you commerce installation, we will replace defect part for you. We will not refund for those item that has been installed, assembled or customized. Thank you.

    What should I do If i received something faulty?

    If something is faulty or incorrectly described or different from the description shown in our listing, we will provide refund of the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time and original condition with proof of purchase. We do not offer refund for item that has been installed, assembled or customised. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren't returning.

    I have received the item. Can i request Refund or Exchange If i change my mind?

    If something isn’t right or you just change your mind, we are happy to accept a return. Take a moment to read through our policy, and then head to the instructions below. Changed your mind? - Provide Refund Or Exchange - Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase. - Item(s) must be unused with all original Condition. - Free Gift seconds hand items are not eligible for a refund or exchange. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including shipping cost , any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.

    Temporary we have no more restock for this canvas wardrobe due to our supplier is out of stock also.
    And we dont think may change all the wardrobe to all compartment, due to the design is fix.
