    Very dishonest & unreasonable seller!!! You claimed that there’s error in your ads & refused to fulfil my order to send me the outstanding 10bottles of hand wash. If there’s error with your ads, you should inform buyer before delivery & not just simply go ahead to deliver the other items on the order w/o any confirmation from the buyer. If I had known this is how u run your business & how horrible you handled your customers, I would have cancel the whole order. Why am I penalised for the “error” made by the seller??????

    We apologize for the error in updating the title header. It was totally unintentional with no hidden motives of penalizing you.
    In view of the error in the title header , please allow us to recover the unpleasant experience by we refunding both of your orders #286341636 and #286341637 for the Lifebuoy handwash. You may keep the 2 bottles of handwash you received as we would like to giveaway to you.
    Your order is refunded and you may check your Qmoney balance. Sorry for the unhappiness caused by this experience with us. We vow to avoid such errors in near future. We appreciate your kind understanding and support towards us.

    I've mentioned umpteen times that you as a seller, you should honour what you advertised. Even if there is a so call error from your side, you should keep customer informed beforehand & not just simply go ahead with the delivery, sending me the rest of my items but excluding my 10 bottles of hand wash . U're trying to sound nice by telling me to keep the 2 bottle of handwash but in actual fact, u owed me 10bottles. Even when u claimed you had refund me the $2.90x2 which I've paid, this is not true!!!!! I've only received DISCOUNTED amount of Qpoints in my acct instead of QMoney which I've paid .. What the hell is this ????
