    While we try to send out items with zero defects, however during transiting at Qxpress Warehouse , we are not able to prevent anything from happening, such as damaged / missing items especially during the Festive Season.

    Delivery/Store Pick Up Options

    Dear Customers,

    We encountered many issues with customers asking for their orders delivery time/date when in fact they have chosen "Store Pick Up" Option. If you wish to opt for delivery, please click on the "Qxpress" Option. If you have purchased multiple items, please ensure that all items are click using "Qxpress" Delivery,we sort out orders accordingly to Store Pick Up/Delivery option only, we are not able to pack all your orders based on Cart Number/Group Shipping at our back end system.
    If you have received a E Ticket Voucher, it means that you have opt for Store Pick Up and not Delivery.
    During the festive season, due to huge volume of orders, kindly please purchase all your items under delivery if you wants, we will appreciate it if you do not purchase few under Store Pick Up, and some under Delivery and ask us to combine all together for delivery as this will confused our packing of orders and delaying your orders.

    7 Days Exchange for Defective/Manufacturers Defects Products

    Dear Qoo10 Customers, at StarzDeals,we constantly checked/QC all products before sending out to Qxpress,sometimes the product could be damaged during delivery or due to manufacturer defect in which we ourself could not prevent.This will only happen at a probability of 1 or 2 orders out of an average of 700 orders we sent out weekly.

    We offer 7 working days 1-1 exchange for all defective product for Delivery/Store Pick up Options,available at our Store only. We are not able to send a courier to your place and take back the defective product and pass you the new product as it will costs us $10.00 - $15.00 for the courier service. Alternatively,you can also resend us back the defective item if you are not free to drop by at your own costs and we will resend you a new piece.

    We seek your understanding in this and strived to provide minimum defective products for our valuable customers in Qoo10.

    Yes you can walk in to our Store to see the product before purchasing, we accept NETS/Cash only. The price is the same unless the price you seen is on Time Sales, it might be different as for Time Sales items, there are limited quantity only.

    We are open daily from Tuesdays - Fridays ( 11 am to 7 pm ), Saturdays - Sundays ( 11 am - 6 pm ), Closed on Mondays/Eve of Public Holidays/Public Holidays or unless stated, but usually longer during Chinese New Year. There is no lunch hours to avoid.
