    Hi, yes still on, please indicate in memo to seller that your prefer upgrade to Qxpress.

    As for 2 qty, it will be upgraded to either smartpac or Qxpress. If did not incidate, it might be via smartpac, then timing might/might not reach in time. Thank you.

    Hi, very sorry if this casued you inconvenience.

    For Singpost Smartpac, it is a prepaid polymailer bag with tracking number, ie. we pack in our warehouse (with the smartpac bag), and mail out directly, it does not go through the singpost counter.

    The parcel will be transported to singpost sorting hub, sort according to your nearest post office and will be delivered by your local postman. Only at this stage will the tracking info be scanned and updated into the system.

    Normally it will take 2-5 working days (after we posted out) to reach your letterbox. Update of tracking number is 0-1 day before delivery. Today is the 3rd working day, so delivery and tracking info will be somewhere now till end of Thur.

    Please check and clear letterbox during this period of time so postman have enough space to deposit in the parcel. Thank you.
