    Per checking, this order is in Mar 2018 thus the warranty has expired aldy for this item....(Apart from selected models which mentioned warranty period, Geeker offers 14 days DOA warranty only and it is well writen in the shop policy)

    I thought Logitech items have a 2 year warranty? How do I fix this issue?

    Apologize for this but please note Geeker has warranty policy and if you are refering to 2 year warranty, i believe you are refering to purchase stock from local SG retail, which the price would definitely higher since they suppose have MSRP to follow per local distributor.
    Regarding to fix the issue, may i suggest u take a short video for my reference so I try seek RMA technicians for advise ?
    Apart from this, seems I cannot help you much in this case.

    If the order is under warranty, my side would definitely arrange replacement. But now, we are talking about after 6 months of usage... and unlike few models like oneplus / iphone airpods which my side has stated clearly particular warranty period, all other items selling in Geeker have to comply with my side warranty policy.

    Sure, may I double confirm if your order# first? My side would definitely help to expedite the delivery.
    Regarding to warranty, Geeker offers 14 days DOA only. (non human caused / water damaged)
    My side products are 100% original and RMA is extremely low. You could also check other customers' review if any concern.
