    Dear Seller, I have claimed for non-receipt as there is no option for cancellation of order. I have waited at home from 9am-7pm on 5th Dec (as arranged) but no pick-up and delivery was made. As I have mentioned, I am a working adult, I do not have the luxury to stay at home on a weekday to wait for the deliveryman. Please do a refund. Thank you!
