Qoo10 did not pay back seller at the agreed price. Supposed to give back $3.90 despite them selling at 2.90 only give us back 2.20

I haven't received my order even though the status is indicated as "delivered". Sent inquiry to seller but only got a reply that asked me to check my letter box. After that no more response. Seller is irresponsible. I'm thinking how I can get a refund if I still do not receive my order. Potential buyers please beware that you may just pay for nothing.

Singpost normal mail prone to delay or wrong delivery for landed property, we do not offer refund due to lost normal mail as there are buyers who received but insisted that they have not received.
For landed property, we will reject all the nomal mail orders in the future. For this time round, we arranged a resend, please keep a lookout for it. thank you.

I have made many Qoo10 purchases and there's been no problem receiving the items without a long wait. It's also wrong of you to accuse your customers of telling lies. On what ground should you reject normal mail orders for landed property?

Hi, I hope you don't get offended. We spent some time to analysize the data and regret to inform that our margin ($2.90 selling price) cannot afford to lose any parcel. Qoo10 request us for measures to lower the non receipt rate and this is the only solution we can come up with given the low selling price. We sell with a mind that all customers will click confirm delivery upon receiving their parcels, however qoo10 informed us that we need every customer to click that button in order to not get our money frozen.

We canceled normal mail orders for landed property / industrial building / retail malls after receiving more than 10 non receipt claims for orders shipped on the 7 sept (which is in your batch) and upgrade normal mail orders to courier which consist 3 items and above for this wallets to lower the loss rate. Most customers in this non receipt insisted that it is not singpost fault. If not singpost fault, customers meant it is seller fault. But we scanned every parcel before s
