I bought a model and was given a year warranty. However, thr product malfunctioned less than 6 mths into it's usuage. I have been trying very hard to get a response from the seller via phone call and mail, nearly 10 emails and the callsnever got through, but to no avail.
I am trying to use this platform to get the attention of the seller and to inform everyone that wants to buy this robot. Their after-service is terrible, incorrigible.
Staff mending this page, Please get back to me asap as there are other problems that I have not mentioned and I need help.

HI Seller,

Your after-sales service is extremely undesirable. This is the 2nd time that I am facing problem trying to reach you. Since receiving the 2 units of robot from you, both have been giving me problem. I have sent them back for repair and both returned on 24th July. When my brother tested it again, this time round, one of them is intermittent can't charge. According to my brother, he needs to push the battery in..then it will charge and if he don't, then the robot can't charge. I have sent you QPOST messages as well as send enquiry and tried calling you whole day today but there is totally no respond from you. I am really frustrated. Please explain what is the use of having 3 years warranty when I need to wait for so long to just get a reply from you?

Hi Seller,

I have send QPOST message to you but I am not getting any response from you.
Your support staff has just recently sent back the 2 faulty units after repair. However, my brother has just tested one unit and found new problem - now the unit can't charge. When I sent back the unit, he didn't immediately uses it and as such, the battery probably went flat. So when he tried to charge it, there is no light. He has checked that the power cable is fully connected and charging the other unit is ok. Please advise why is your robot so problematic?
