    How do I file for exchange/replacement/refund?

    Exchange/Return of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item only.

    For shortage of item or wrong item received
    - Provide pictures of the parcel package with the delivery information and item contents within the parcel
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For defective/damaged item
    - Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information, the damaged area of the received item and retain any broken piece(s)
    - Provide video of the non-functioning of the electronic product
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For any change of mind from buyer
    - Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original packaging/tags/labels/seals attached

    As your order was made after the office hours of SingPost Post Office, your parcel will be prepared and ready for dispatch to SingPost Post Office on the next working day (Monday). You may begin tracking the parcel from Monday evening or the next day (Tuesday) onward!

    While it usually takes SingPost about 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) thereafter to deliver to your address, we hope for your kind patience to give SingPost slightly more time due to the increase of parcel load during this time of the year!

    We have just checked the tracking results of your parcel (please see attached), it is currently in progress of delivery to your address.

    For Group: C/Design: G (Marble - Pink, Matte version), the prints covers the side of the casing as well.
