Login to your buyer account: MyQoo10 > Shopping List > Cancel/Refund/Non-Receipt > Select “Cart No.” > Select “Return” or “Exchange” under ‘Apply & Remark’.
We will assess the claim issue with the provided picture and inform on the progress.
All return/exchange should be done within 2 week from the reqeust confirmed date.
If the buyer can't return/exchange with seller in 2 weeks, should inform seller the reason in advance.
Seller would recall the return/exchange requests if no item received/ no buyer's reply in 2 weeks.
