    How come I still haven't receive my item yet??? When will it arrive?

    Dear customer, we have sent out the item on the date stated in your Qoo10. We are not postman, we dont know when u will receive it. If you have chosen registered mail, you are able to check thru Singpost website. But if you have opt for normal mail,we are not able to track the location of the item. Please note that upon placing order, customers are responsible for any delayed or lost mails during delivery as stated in our listing. We strongly advise customer to opt for registered mail to avoid any lost for missing mails and average loss mails in Singpost is 5 out of 100 parcels.     Hi Customer,
    Since the product page was made with iPhone 6, there are three card slots. If the size of the cell phone is large, the card slot will be made of four pieces to fit the size of the case. And you will have to pay the replacement shipping to exchange for other items. Thanks.

    Hi, I didn’t say the item is wrong but you didn’t make known in the website that there will be slight change in internal design for different handphone even though classified under same ‘jennifer’ category. I’m satisfied with the other handphone casing which I have ordered from you but only this casing that I request to change the casing to another type.     All manufacturers design products to suit their mobile phone models. Therefore, there may be some design changes. And we handle the exchange process using Singpost Normal Mail. You have to pay Exchange shipping charge in order to Exchange.
