    Voltage type and Plug type

    most of our items are for 220V-240V ( remains for 100V-240V ) so all of them can be used in Singapore without problem. the plug cord type is 2 round pins so buyers need a plug connector which fits with SG type.

    I cant find the reason why must I arrange a trip to post office, spend $ to ship the defective item back,

    Perhaps just send me a replacement item (body part only) will solve the problem permanently.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I am in the office, will take some pictures tonight.

    There is no issue during the first two weeks but recently.

    The water leaking from the line of Control Value (see the attach file in RED) and it happens when turning from OFF to ON.

    I would say there is still water leakage if the Control Valve of Body is OFF, however it is very small amount..

    Two pipes connected with Control Valves Body are tighten properly, no water leakage.
