Non-receipt Claim issue (Did not receive the item )

Please make an effort to check your tracking number before issuing non-receipt claim. And please to contact us if tracking issue not correct example item sent but yet to recevied it. We will investigate the issue with Qxpress, your email maybe require for follow up case.
For Singpost normal mail delivery. If you still did not receive the item after 14 days the item was ship out, please contact seller thru Q&A.
Items ship out under 14 days will only consider as delay and seller will only consider signpost lost the mail after 14 days.
Please contact seller first before issuing any exchange, non-receipt claim. If you really want to issue the claim, you must clear the claim after the case was solved.
