    afterall which seller would not want their buyers to received something that they are satisfied with right? that is called professional service right there. and this here is not. its called impatient. service rating is so terrible i wouldnt want to recommend this seller. if anybody is reading this, do buy elsewhere that have a bigger portion of leaves at a better price. for this kind of service i dont think its worth it. if the seller already have issues about such a small matter. i dont even think the questions are much at all. understanding a product best, the storage conditions, etc before purchasing is the best option right (providing the lack of information under the description page) ? afterall who would want to purchase from sellers with such terrible service. sorry to say this but it is the truth. even my friends said they didnt know this seller is so horrible even blaming me. then at the end dont wanna sell after dragging for about 1 week and a few days, luckily i purchase elsewhere already providing a much better service even though i ask some questions too. they were much better than this one.

    1) Do you have stock for this?
    - Yes. If it is not available, it will not be listed. Qoo10 functions a little differently from Carousell.

    2) What is the proper way of using this? example should i burn these in a glass, steel or ceramic bowl? which is better?

    3) burn from the tip or burn the leaves can already?

Fyi, i have do lots of research before asking you some enquries here to decide whether to buy or not but still thank you for the link there. i have asked some adults and bought a bowl suitable for that.     Hi, could you reply and not drag this matter any further? or did you only reply me the last time coz youre scared i will buy from other buyers instead thats why you keep doing this? my friend bought from you before and she doesnt have this problem when i ask her about this. can i just order from you and you sent by singpost registered mail instead so that after i receive my iten we can get it over with this and i will know whether its authentic or not by smelling the smell of this sage. its not my first time recognizing the scent of a true white sage. im not sure if this is not authentic or not maybe thats why you re doing this? who takes a week to reply a customer? ...

    4) Whats the difference between the green sage and the white sage (I know the white one is the best but is there any big difference other than that?)

    - they are free gifts. You can hang it with your key, bag, pouches,…whichever way you like.

    - unfortunately for trackable mail option, only smartpac is available

    - yes if you place it in damp places

    - yes. imported from California. If in doubts, it’s best not to proceed with purchases. Only buy when you are comfortable to avoid any future unhappiness.

    - Singpost registered mail is NOT available. Since your friend has purchased it, you might want to borrow from her to smell. It is not logical to spend money to buy a certain item just to ascertain it’s authencity.

    Hi, im not using qtalk to text so i cant see the rest. i thought you only replied the top part. fyi, i preferred to know as many details about the product first / storage conditions before i buy something if you get what i mean. for the not logical part theres many people buy things here online and they know it authentic one or not but since sage is of different country, i guess it abit not logical. anyways doesnt mean need 1 week to reply back right -_- ive ask other sellers long questions too and they take 3 days at most. i really dont get why.also helping my other friends to buy some, the friend who recommended me here only told me to use this coz of particular reasons for myself. she didnt tell me much info about it. so thats why the questions. do you have a shop in singapore? can i know where? the sage are the same as the one you will be sending right? if i order about 3 -4 of them for my other friends as gifts. would you be bubblewrapping them if its by normal mail or smartpac? any free delivery if i buy over 30$(just asking)ty
