    -We will assess the claim issue with the provided picture and inform on the progress.

    Difference devices (monitors, mobiles laptop) might present tones of color differently. We are therefore not able to be responsible for color difference. We are willing to accept returns and refunds if you do not wish to keep the items but all shipping (to and fro) incurred by for thi deal shall be borne by the buyer.

    Color difference, unfortunately, does not fall under seller's responsibility. We accept returns and refunds as long as buyer pays for all postage and shipping incurred for the deal.
