    Ops! I made a mistake in my order! I want to change the size/color/shipping address/qty (or whatever!) . What should I do?

    When you realize this mistake, please go to "MyQoo10" to cancel your order and make the purchase again as long as the order is still "on request" status (which means we have not ship out). The following policy is introduced by Qoo10 that sellers are : - not allowed to change shipping address of customers - are only allowed to ship exactly what is being ordered in the system.
