My order number is 224944210. I havent received my item but the status shown "shipping delivered". Why is that so? My order was placed on 16 Aug.

The item i ordered can be found in the order number i gave you. Did you have the order number in your record? Did you take a picture of the envelope before you sent out as claimed? Please show me. I would like to double check whether the address is wrong.

Correction: my order was placed on 11 Aug, and not 16 Aug. It was placed on Shipping Requested for quite sometime before it changed to Shipping On Delivery. Now it has changed to Shipping Delivered when the item hasnt been delivered to me. Did you really send it out? I wont quibble over the 90 cents postage, but it is not right for seller to change the status to reflect as delivered. If the item is lost, i will let it go since only 90 cents postage cost but you as seller cannot click on my behalf that it is delivered. Seller sent, seller declared item delivered? That doesnt make sense.

Noted. The address is correct. It could have been lost in the mail. I am ok with just $0.90 forgone. But not to spend again on the same amoubt on your item as it is immoral to doctor the deliver status. You have indeed prepared the item and i give the benefit of doubt that the envelope was deposited with singpost. But it remains a fact that i did not receive the item and a fact that you changed the delivery status to "Delivered" to your own benefit.

Please understand, the status changed to delivered is not done by us. It is auto updated by the system after the item is sent out after a specified number of days
It's was a giveaway promo and we have no intention whatsoever to doctor any kind of response
We are sorry the item is lost in mail

Thanks for referring me to your reviews which many have commented that the postage was only 30 cents in a simple envelope without bubble wrap. That leaves 60 cents for the item. Cheap but it was meant to be free and you are asking if i m willing to pay another 90 cents to buy another item to replace the lost one? I have bought from my sellers in qoo10. Never ever have i missed a parcel via singpost. Please dont seek my understanding when the whole issue here is hard to be understood.
