    SingPost and Qxpress Delivery Method

    Dear customers,

    We wish to inform that MyShoppingPlace do not deliver your items. Our main delivery partner are Qxpress and Singpost (Normal mail only). Every weekdays, Qxpress will collect the items for delivery and it will take 2-4 working days to reach you. We have no control or responsible of the operations of Qxpress.

    SingPost Normal Mail will be delivered to your letter box and not to door step, you may check out your letter box more often after you have placed orders.

    You may contact Qxpress’s SG customer service hotline at 66619100 or email them at info@qxress.sg to check on your parcel.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY

    Qxpress is the default delivery option in our shop and we only recommend Qxpress to buyer. Because it is faster,come with insurance and tracking number.Seller will update tracking in the system once order confirm. If there are any loss/delay/damage of product in the transit, buyer are to hold Qxpress responsible. Qxpress customer service can be reached at info@qxpress.sg or hotline at 66619100.

    Singpost Normal mail is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore.However it is not trackable, if the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. It also take at least 3-14 working days to deliver. BTW, if buyer has doubt on Singpost normal mail delivery, please opt for Qxpress delivery instead.

    For buyer want to change to normal mail for a cheaper shipping rate, please take note by doing so, you have agreed that buyer will take ALL RISK during transit if there is any Missing/Broken/damage parcel occurs.
