Purchased items on 10th Dec and paid for QX Quick delivery on the same day. A month passed till date items not delivered despite of many reminders.

You mentioned that you need to restock of items and requested me to wait. I mentioned that I am flexible to choose other items In case u do not have stock. Till date no response on that as well.
I asked you to either call me or provide ur number to settle this, but no response to this as well. This is the service you provide to your customers????

Your responses to my reminders are not consistent. Some times you are asking to wait for you to restock, sometimes you are saying that I requested for exchange (how I request for exchange when I have not received items). Some times you are saying that 'pickup canceled?" (Why Pickup QExpress will cancel? If they cancel what r you doing?)
