Purchased items on 10th Dec and paid for QX Quick delivery on the same day. Almost a month passed not delivered till date even after 10+ reminders.

I also mentioned that I am flexible to choose other items Incase u do not have stock of particular item. Till date no response on that as well.

Shipping was schedule though QX Quick on 10th Dec a month ago but till date no call / update on even rescheduling? Is this the service u provide to customers?

Can u quickly call me for rescheduling??
