I received my order on 11 Jan and since wrote in with picture of a tin of milk powder with dent. Till now I have not got any response.

Dear customer, you can do a return item exchange by logging into your account at myQoo10.
Select view all orders>cancel/refund>select the item>click on return.
Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will process the refund, You can then re order the desired item

Bought the item for more than 7 days, so I can't do a cancel/refund via qoo10. I only open the milk recently and one tin has weird taste, the other is opened already. Pls assist.
