Hi seller after a long wait finally received but the umbrella cannot open at all!!! SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!! i even wrote in the memo asking seller to make sure the umbrella is in good condition before sending out. please resend a working umbrella immediately or please refund so i can order from other seller.
