Hi, thanks for making the effort to rectify the problem.

I did got a note today that they tried to deliver the case to me, I missed them by just 5 min and they didn't even bother to call me - I could have just drove back, I was just 5 min away!

I called them but they refuse to come back today - I will be out of town for the next 3 days. Will have to wait till next Monday already then!

I must say, your shipper doesn't seem very good, lost parcel and then poor service attitude like this. You should probably change to another shipper! :)
