Dear Qoo10 Customers, at Weich,we always check/QC all products before sending out to Qxpress,sometimes the product could be damaged during delivery or due to manufacturer defect in which we ourself could not prevent.This only happen at a probability of 1 or 2 orders out of an average of 1000 orders we sent out weekly.
We offer 7 working days 1-1 exchange for all Defective/Wrong product for Delivery/Store Pick up Options, (NO EXCHANGE for items WITHOUT packaging) available at NORTH SPRING BIZHUB 5 YISHUN INDUSTRIAL STREET 1 #03-12 only . We are not able to send a courier to your place and take back the defective product and pass you the new product as it will costs us $10.00 - $15.00 for the courier service. Alternatively,you can also resend us back the defective item if you are not free to drop by at your own costs and we will resend you a new piece.
