    Risk of Using Singpost Normal Mail

    For singpost normal mail, it will be sent to your letterbox & there's no tracking service available. The lead time is normally 3-4 working days from date of posting. However, at times, there are delays of up to 10-14 working days. We have customers who only receive their items a month later!

    For parcels which can't be fitted to your letterbox, the postman will attempt to deliver the item to your house. If no one is at home, they will leave a delivery note to ask you to collect from nearest post office. If suspected lost mail, you can proceed to nearest post office and check with them if there are any mails for you.

    The rate of lost mail is 5%-10% which is considered high. You can avoid this by opting for Qxpress where lead time is 2-3 working days and its a trackable service.

    We can only refund/resend when item is returned due to non-delivery (provided correct address in system). This may take 3-4 weeks because SingPost don't prioritize returned mails.

    Another question regarding the auction won (Bid no. : 212760572),

    Kindly refer to the attached pdf file of the shipping rates at $11.98 and the box where 3 number of items are shown, it also showed as Quantity 3 KG.

    Does the 3 ladles weigh 3 KG ?

    Is the shipping rate suppose to be $5.99 instead of $11.98 ?? Is the shipping rate suppose to increase when 3 units of ladle is ordered??

    Kindly verify the shipping rates and whether I can order 3 different ladles instead of just one type of ladle according to the auction system.

    I would prefer to buy :

    One Nessie Red
    One Mama Purple
    One Papa Green.

    If the auction is only for Nessie Ladle, Can I choose 3 Nessie ladles with all different colours??

    Hi, we apologise for the shipping rates charges. We have made the necessary changes, it will be at $4.99 for Qxpress delivery. As for purchase under auction, customers will not be able to choose the options, however, you may indicate your preferred colour/design under 'memo to seller', and we will proceed your order accordingly.
