For SingPost normal mail, the postman will deliver the parcel to your letterbox. For office address, please check if postman delivers to your office letterbox/office mailroom or building reception and ensure the address you provide has the correct information for successful delivery. No tracking is available for normal mail and there is risk of lost mail. Postman delivery is on working days only excluding weekends and public holidays and usually in the daytime. No specific timing arrangement is available.
