    Delivery
    Item will be sent out via Singpost normal mail in 1 to 2 working days after payment is cleared
    Normal mail will take about 2-3 working days to reach your mailbox
    Do note that delivery time will take longer during festive seasons and long weekends
    Registered mail via Singpost is recommended as online tracking number will be provided once item has been posted
    Meet up for collection is available at Woodlands MRT station on Weekdays. Items priced will not be reduced for meet up collections
    For customers without paypal account or credit card, direct payment via bank transfer can be arranged

    Submission of claims
    Any return or exchange of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receiving of the item

    Any shortage of item or wrong item received
    Provide picture of the item contents within the parcel package
    Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information.

    Defective item issue
    Provide picture of the defective area of the received item
    Provide video of the non-functioning of the product. (For electronic products)

    If you still did not receive the item after  order status have been changed to "Delivered", please file for 'Non-receipt Claim' within 7 days.
    We will check over the matter from our end.
    Upon valid, you can inform whether you would like us to re-send to you the item or proceed for refund. 
    Shipping fee will be incurred on seller end.

    How to submit return or exchange from the buyer's end?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Frankly this model's screen protectors come from the same supplier and it is only the packing that has changed. The 4 sides of this phone are chamfered, so the protector might get lifted up easily at the edge of the slope if not applied properly. We will be contacting you for the exchange to the Samsung packing. Please keep the current screen protectors in its original condition for the exchange. Thank you.
