    This warranty does not cover:

    Cosmetic damage to outer surface/finishing and external parts of the product, including without limitation cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior casing, screen, camera lens, buttons and other attachments;
    Deterioration of the product due to normal wear and tear, including without limitation rust or stains;built in batteries life;
    General maintenance, password reset assistance, routine servicing and cleaning, updating/upgrading of software, installation of software or applications, product demonstration, or any other service other than repair;
    Any other circumstance such that repair would be contradictory or not in compliance with good business practice.

    The product shows evidence of abnormal use; impact, shock; accident; fire, flood, earthquake, lightning or other acts of nature; sand, liquid or food damage; exposure to extreme thermal or environmental conditions; battery or chemical corrosion; abuse, mishandling, improper installation, operation or maintenance, use of wrong electrical supply or voltage; damage caused by installation of any software, programs or applications, or use of any accessories or equipments not approved by the manufacturer for use with the product; improper modification, tampering; replacement of parts with parts not approved by the manufacturer; or dismantling, opening, service or repair performed other than by the manufacturer's authorised service centre; or any other use contrary to the product manual.

    >Shipping fee will be incurred from buyer and seller end , split by half


    Defective item issue

    >Provide video of the non-functioning of the product. (For electronic products)
    >Shipping fee will be incurred from seller end.

    Any change of mind from buyer's end or would like to change to other available products or does not want the item anymore

    How do I get an exchange/replacement? Part 2

    -Any return for exchange of items will be applicable as per following

    Return, Exchange & Warranty Claims can only be done at Our Warehouse/Pick Up Address:

    - After 7 days from receipt date (Qxpress orders)
    - After 14 days from shipping date (SingPost Normal Mail orders).
    - All Store Pickup orders.

    Please check warranty period for each item before filing claim.

    We will not entertain any request to pick-up item at customer's address regardless of circumstances.

    What are the risks with for choosing SingPost Normal Mail?

    Normal postage is the cheapest shipping method in Singapore. However shipping is not trackable via Singpost Normal Mail, if the parcel is lost, Singpost will not be responsible and there is no way to recover the parcel. It also take at least 3 days to 10days to deliver. On the other hand, Qxpress is safe and trackable.Accessories_SG will not be responsible for any lost normal mail parcels/products.
