    How do I file for exchange/replacement/refund?

    Exchange/Return of items will be applicable within 7 days upon receipt of the item only.

    For shortage of item or wrong item received
    - Provide pictures of the parcel package with the delivery information and item contents within the parcel
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For defective/damaged item
    - Provide picture of the parcel package with the delivery information, the damaged area of the received item and retain any broken piece(s)
    - Provide video of the non-functioning of the electronic product
    - Shipping fee will be incurred from seller

    For any change of mind from buyer
    - Item must remain in their intact condition, or otherwise unused with their original packaging/tags/labels/seals attached

    We will like to clarify that these are OEM covers that are manufactured to function similar to, but may not look or work exactly the same as the original. We apologise if the newly upgraded app does not work well in your case.

    We will suggest that you delete the app/program that has been downloaded previously and test the older app for S-View function that our previous customers have tried. Instructions on how to delete the current app and download the older app can be found in the attached image.
