They must arrive at the pick up location indicated in the e-Ticket to collect the order. Store pick up orders are not delivered. There is no shipping charge on Store Pick Up orders. PLEASE NOTE: This is the default shipping option for all items. If you want the order to be shipped to you, please select ‘Qxpress’ before adding the item to cart. 2. Qxpress : When a customer selects this option, orders are shipped to them via Qxpress in 2 to 4 working days. We only use Qxpress for delivery and selection of a different delivery partner is not possible. Standard shipping rate is S$5.00 per shopping cart. We offer free shipping if the total value of the cart is over $50. PLEASE NOTE: For items to be shipped, you must choose Qxpress as your shipping option. The delivery fee is automatically waived at checkout if the total order is over $50.
