    Dear Seller,

    I have yet to receive my order and till now there is still not tracking number allocated to me. Is already close to a month since i place my order. I have been calling the call centre to check on my order every week. Each time they tell me order already send to courier company but when i asked for tracking number, they say still waiting for courier company to allocate tracking number. Please advise.
