    I've thrown the polymailer. Both packaging are not damaged. Note 9 screen protector came intact and in good condition. So we suspect it's a manufacturing defect.

    Tempered glass are actually very fragile, especially when they are not pasted against screens. Breakages in most cases are probably caused by rough handling of postman.

    However, we are willing to offer you a 1 time replacement at no extra charge. Please note that if it happens again, we won't be able to do any further replacements.
