    I am glad to finally see a reply! I am afraid that I won’t be able to feel assured and safe to consume the product as there’s no authentification sticker. I am sure you will be able to understand my concern and the reasons behind it. I would love to request for more evidence to prove that the bottle I have gotten is authentic, or else I would like to request for refund.

    Thanks for the prompt reply. May I also add on that other than the missing authentication label, there was no distributor label on the bottle as well. I am really feeling quite dubious about the product. I will wait patiently wait for more info, but pls kindly help to ensure that it will not take another week for a reply to come through. I would like to resolve the matter ASAP, I definitely hope that I don’t have to go through the trouble of sourcing for another potential seller for my future purchases. Hope to hear some good news soon.
