Simply print a e-receipt from your Qoo10 account for proof of purchase.
If you want to check or print out the receipt , kindly go to "My Qoo10" (on the top right of the page) > Shopping list > Click "receipt" under the item information.
Then you are able to check or print out the receipt.

Hi Seller
The item was left in the utility room beside our infront main door by delivery man yesterday afternoon. When I collected
the item, I noticed there was a noise inside the box. As you see attached it's broken the bulb with no secure packaging inside.
Please advise to send the replacement.
Thanks.

I sent the text with photo to the delivery man by Whatsup once I opened the box it was bronken inside.
He said that he also heard the noise inside when he carried from the place/warehouse and he didn't know what was the inside.

Product comes with 2 years International warranty covered by Philips .
No registration is required . Simply print a copy of E-receipt from your Qoo10 account as proof of purchase . Our shop name will be indicated in purchase description while purchase date and time will be show in delivery description . That can be use for warranty purpose as our shop is authorised reseller by Philips.

For warranty issues, you can bring the product and receipt back to Philips Consumer Care Centre.
